Research is extremely involved and this text covers all the aspects, but it is too much for a first-level college course.. I was still left with the decision of whether or not to undergo arthscopic surgery.In reading NO MORE KNEE PAIN, I learned more about physical therapy than I learned during 17 or 18 sessions. I don't see an Amazon link to the English version of this CD. I also bought the Happiness Equation and between the two books Neil shines a light on how we can all sometimes get our priorities and thought processes out of sync and instead of taking the time to appreciate what is good around us, and doing those things that will bring internal rewards, we get caught up in doing things for the sake of keeping up with our neighbors.. But then I stepped into an oil slick. I can understand since I cannot imagine how one could condense the wisdom of this book into so few pages. They go hand in hand. Treasure close: "If this book achieves one thing only, I hope it is to move us out of this denial and into recognition of the enormous, varied and wide-ranging effects that sound is having on us all.".
