I love finding unknown gems like this, and can't wait for the sequel.. The author breaks this phenomenon into three types: The Pre-Planned Snow Day, The High-Probability Snow Day, and The Surprise Snow Day. Retail has changed a great deal in 10 years. Lisa Rangel's Interview Confidentiality: Get Hired and Don't Sell Out!, is an amazing resource for any professional who is interested in owning your career and exploring the job market. Really hard to put down. I found the book to be useful for any one who has to deal with people with schizophrenia.
