This is one of the few books that give actual hard information on the cuisine in China. We have a cat in our house, but she’d like to have more. Quotations within the text are only occasionally attributed to a source, making use of those quotations for the reader's own research difficult. We had bought as Timewalker, with Timetwist added we bought it again. Bought this book as a gift for someone who needed an uplift. I live alone so it is hard for me to do the work on myself and this whole thing would be so much better, easier and more fun if you have someone to share it with. It really is very simple to use..
