The author doesn't preach, but presents the meaning of Christmas clearly and eloquently. I have been suffering food and chemical toxicity for twenty years(undiagnosed until one year ago prompted by my own investigations) and although I had already gleaned some ideas for recovery from the internet this book followed all the principles I obtained from the immunological, gatroenterological, neurotoxicological and physiological web sources. I'm sure I could improve on many of these designs. It shows how to get rid of sinus pains, neck pains, back pains, the list goes on and on.Everyone should have this book if they're considering Reflexology. The book accordions out 40-something pages of kitty goodness. When I read of the remarkable signs following her daughter Meg's passing--the radios, the butterfly, and both "afterlife hugs"--I asked why such amazing, unmistakable signs were given to her. A more accurate book title would be Mother Baby or Cry Baby, not Prison Baby.. I also learned how to avoid doing the exercises without injury. This sad story is told engagingly and leaves one scratching one's
