I've been looking for ways to increase my memory because honestly I tend to easily forget things. Their story was also the basis for Falcon Crest. For anyone who loves the out of doors or loves the Rocky Mountain West, this book is a treasure. Unforunately for the REST of us, not everywhere in the country has REAL Cherry extract or REAL Mint Extract, and if we do, it is more expensive than if we'd just gone out and bought a bottle of Pantene Pro-V. I found the book to be useful for any one who has to deal with people with schizophrenia. After finishing reading this book I immediately put into many of its practices and see (as well as feel) immediate results. Since I brought it in, my son can't quit looking through it and cackling. I'd recommend this to anyone new to the field or still with questions about its merit.. I had always known or heard about how every vital organ in our body somehow had a connection to our feet. Either a great follow up to Chokoisky's earlier work, The Five Dharma Type
